I am an IT Hardware & Networking Engineer by profession and passion.

I have worked for a very long time in this industry and have worked for countless reputed brands like TATA and multiple top banks in our country. I have been working exclusively in the service industry of hardware gadgets for the last 7 years and have gathered enough experience that I know the industry inside and out. During my career, I came across countless clients who came with issues that were very basic and could be fixed in a matter of minutes. What surprised me was that they had previously spent huge amounts of money on the same issue in other service centers and assumed it to be normal. Some clients even had some of their expensive parts missing or replaced with cheap Chinese products. This always made me sad and I always wanted to do something about it.
